You can try croutons with natural gorgonzola and truffle honey or Toma d'Alba with CREMONESE mustard combined with a proper cup. Pairing food and wine also covers sweets (Donizetti cake with Moscato d'Asti), biscuits with Brachetto d'Acqui, chips of good dark chocolate with Banyuls ... and other delicacies.
The local offers two comfortable lounge, and during summer-time, a renaissance-style arcade; it can house outside, among the old buildings, about seventy people, sheltered by the coming of the traffic of Via Gombito, the ancient decumano of the the Roman Bergomum.
